Return Policy

We have a 14-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return or exchange products, please contact us for confirmation and agreement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Your item must be without damage, stains, odor or any other condition which would prevent them from being sold as new. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers will take responsibility for all return shipping charges including unnecessary duties and sales taxes in certain instances. 

If your return is accepted;

(1) You will have the options below:
- Items exchange (Exchange the order with other items)
- Store credit (A gift card or discount code, which has the same value as your purchase. Valid for one year)
(2) We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Northwind will not take responsibility for returned packages lost in transit.
